TechnoDigm™ SBV100 & SBV200 Snuff Back Valve

The Snuff Back valve is designed to dispense medium to high viscosity material. The working principal of this valve is that the retraction of the piston generates “Negative Pressure” that allows the “Pull Back” of material to achieve a quick cut off and prevents dripping of material.
 
The Snuff Back Valve is suitable for dispensing applications such as gasketing that requires a clean cut-off and faster shut-off control. This valve is also suitable for large volume dispensing of highly viscous material in dispensing applications such as potting, filling or encapsulation. The unique balance spool design allows the valve to operate with very high material pressure conditions without any problem.
