Curing Time

K-5707W is a non-solvent, single-component RTV silicone rubber that cures at room temperature with moisture. It features quick curing, non-corrosive properties, good toughness, and high bonding strength. Additionally, it provides excellent electrical insulation, shock resistance, and moisture resistance, making it ideal for bonding engineering plastics to metals, fixing capacitors, and providing shockproofing. It is also widely used in electronic components, instruments, machinery, and backlight source components in TV screens.

Ensure the surface is clean by removing rust, dust, oil, etc.

Fit the nozzle, cut it to the desired size, and apply the adhesive onto the cleaned surface, distributing it evenly. Fold and fix the surfaces if needed.

Allow bonded parts to cure at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
