Everwide JD655-1 Thermally Conductive Non-Silicone Grease
JD655-1 is a non-reactive, non-silicone, thermally conductive grease. This resin retains its paste like consistency, enabling parts to be easily removed and replaced. This product will not dry out even after long periods of time. This resin can be used with variety devices including flip chip, BGA, diode, power, transistors and silicone-controlled rectifiers.
