JC337-18 is a two component epoxy with high viscosity and high temperature properties. This resin is well suited for electronic devices bonding. The durability of this product is very high levels and this resin can pass many environmental test experiments. This resin has high Tg and high temperature properties. Generally, an elevated temperature post-cure is necessary to obtain maximum high-temperature stability and optimum properties.

This product offers excellent chemical resistance and solvent resistance.

This resin exhibits high viscosity, excellent thixrtropic. This product can be also controled flow and have sag resistance.

This product has excellent dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.

This resin offers excellent retention of electrical insulation properties under high humidity conditions.
