JD061-6 is one component epoxy adhesive for electronic devices bonding. This product exhibits high adhesion strength after cured , suit for bonding, sealer and thermal devices insulation with various materials. This resin has greasy resistance, chemical and solvent resistance. This product is well suited for bonding with stainless steel, glass and any plastics.

This resin is solvent-free, non-volatile, system.

The hardening surface will not exhibit a surface oiliness and
poor gloss.

Cured resin has excellent protection and vibration resistance
for electronic devices.

This product may be applied with dispensing equipments.

This product complies to the 2011/ 65/EU RoHS regulations.
